HR BioPetroleum INVESTORS

Our investors believe that HR BioPetroleum represents a unique opportunity to help solve some of the most serious challenges facing the 21st century: energy security and reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

We believe that oil derived from algae represents a sustainable, environmentally friendly, economically feasible source of transportation fuels and other products while providing the only available means of converting carbon dioxide emissions from industrial sources into valuable products.

Investment in HRBP's technologies includes funding received from the National Defense Center of Excellence for Research in Ocean Sciences (CEROS), the U.S. Department of Energy, and the University of Hawaii. Funding to date is more than $2.5 million.

HRBP plans to raise additional funds via a Series A round of financing in 2008.
